Learning Support Assistant – Walsall £444–£455 per week January 2026 start – Full-time (flexible options available) We are seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join a forward-thinking specialist school in Walsall, supporting primary and secondary pupils with complex educational needs. About the Role Provide individualised support for pupils with a range of special educational needs. Assist in implementing personalised learning plans designed by teachers and specialist staff. Encourage positive engagement with learning Work collaboratively with parents, carers and external professionals to support pupils’ holistic development. This is a full-time position, with flexible working options and potential for ongoing employment for the right candidate.
