Job purpose:We are seeking a Learning and Development Sales Capability Leader to be responsible for leading workstreams to unlock the creation of solutions, including collaborating with approved external vendors and internal stakeholders and subject matter experts to create and deliver appropriate in market learning solutions.This role is responsible for partnering with key stakeholders and where possible leveraging global sales, capability building strategies, tools and material to plan, develop and execute the One Demand capability plan.Responsibilities:Partnering with key One Demand functional teams to build a yearly capability plan to meet their needs and lead the execution of that plan using a variety of solutions.Lead the planning and design of specific learning pathways for UK One Demand, working with key stakeholders to unlock relevant support as neededLeading the ‘Ready to Negotiate’ business cycle program which involves supporting relevant contacts across one demand to build negotiation and financial management capability, partnering with key stakeholders across key teams to unlock meaningful capability development in the business cycleLeading the planning and execution of the Curriculum schedule for the UK market.Ownership and delivery of specific core curriculum offerings (curriculum ownership is shared across the team). Tailoring and executing meaningful interventions, skill pills and ad-hoc sessions to upskill teams across One Demand in core offerings.Deployment of the relevant skills frameworks, ensuring full uptake and follow up from all partner teams.Qualifications/Experience:Strong understanding of sales, marketing and capability with a proven ability to use this perspective and insight to shape and implement meaningful and effective strategies which drive changeExcellent interpersonal and communication skills and a proven ability to develop long term effective and influential stakeholder relationshipsStrong understanding of sales, marketing and capability with a proven ability to use this perspective and insight to shape and implement meaningful and effective strategies which drive changeThe ability to work closely and collaborate with multiple stakeholders and overcome objections, demonstrate resilience and manage conflict with a positive, confident and solution based mindsetProven ability to lead and execute an initiative or project to a successful outcome, with a high level of customer focus and adopting a continuous improvement mindset.Strong analytical acumen with the ability to drive and translate insights into recommendations and practical execution plans that are commercially groundedPassion for Sales and Marketing functional skills and Learning and Development, with an understanding of the learning cycle and how learning and development can contribute to the strategic aims of an organizationSome experience of designing, developing and delivering learning solutions and working within the sales function will be beneficial to this role.Experience in areas such as (but not limited to) customer management, marketing, customer marketing, field sales, category and L&DDriving licence and access to own vehicle essentialRSR supports applications from a diverse talent pool.
