About the Role The 2nd Line Support Technician position is going join a fast-paced team supporting clients with multiple end-users and varied priorities. You will be:
4. Providing 2nd line technical support to clients via live calls and live tickets.
5. Ensuring critical systems are working for their wide and varied client base
6. Actively working toward resolution or providing necessary escalation where required.
About You
7. Expertise in computer problem-solving, covering hardware and software issues, and proficient in both Windows and Unix environments.
8. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365; familiarity with Azure Technology is a plus.
9. Network troubleshooting skills
