Amour Recruitment is seeking a Planning Co-ordinator to work for a great company based just outside Portsmouth
This role is pivotal in maintaining smooth communication and operational flow between teams to deliver quality service consistently.
Duties include:
1. Plan, organise and assign jobs
2. Plan and coordinate travel arrangements
3. Act as first point of contact for clients
4. Maintain accurate records using a CRM
5. Assist with proposals, invoicing and other documentation
Personal requirements:
6. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
7. Strong communication skills
8. Excellent attention to details
9. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships
Hours: Monday to Friday 0830-1630
Salary: up to £30,000 (depending on experience)
Benefits: 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, Company pension scheme, paid overtime (You will be added to the on-call rota)
