Who we are looking for: Atkore is seeking an experienced Fabricator / Fitter to join our production team within our CMS Module Prefab Unit. What you’ll do: Assemble products to drawings Set out cable management systems on prefabricated module frame Use your experience to apply correct connection detail to frame Use measuring equipment to check position. Read highly detailed manufacturing drawings to ensure correct placement and product selection Ensures departmental and all company procedures are followed. Ensured recycling is conducted to the agreed standard. Work to Health and Safety within you work area. Involvement in continuous improvement processes Ensuring that good levels of 5S are maintained on all areas, and tooling Performs Other Duties as Assigned What you bring: Experience of fabrication / Assembly Ability to work as an individual or as part of a team Able to work as part of a team and as an individual Motivation to beat targets safely and required quality standards Ability to comply with and promote Atkore’s values What you will strive to accomplish in this role: Zero Harm to yourself or your colleagues Zero defective parts produced Adherence to manufacturing schedule Zero downtime for machines and minimized scrap parts Hours & Pay: Hours of work will be 39 hours per week, including a 20-minute paid break.
