Job Description
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
· In regional level, manage the operation of/with Client's online store & Market place with technical knowledge and understanding for subs in SEAisa & Oceania
· Liaise with other parties in the maintenance of the Client Online store:
- Global or local platform enhancement/modification team
- Store operation team
- Contents management team
· Monitor online store information validity, performance, and uptime with the multiple operation systems, like Hybris, AEM, and SAP ERP
· Determine inconsistencies, points of failure, and related matters
· Rectify problems or escalate issues to relevant parties in the soonest possible time
· Support assigned initiatives to improve Online store presence, tactics, and strategies
· Extend expertise to ad hoc requirements which involve computer-related, online, and multimedia expertise
· Engage with HQ maintenance/development team to communicate for global guideline expansion to subs and technical issue resolution
The Successful Applicant
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
Essential -
· Bachelor's degree in IT or any related discipline
· Minimum 5years+ experience in consulting/business analysis or implementation management with eCommerce platform (Hybris) & Web management system(AEM)
· Technical Knowledge on eCommerce features and functionalities
· Hands on experience with Agile tools like Jira and confluence
· Fundamental programing knowledge with HTML/CSS,, SQL, JAVA, or C#
· Able to work under the pressure with proactive & responsible attitude Good team work and hands on approach and flexible outlook in the workplace
· Minimum 5 resources+ management experience
· Fluent in English in order to communicate with all relevant stakeholders
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong problem solving, organizational and analytical skills, as well as the ability to adapt and work round obstacles to get things done
· Ability to understand and respond to the drivers and concerns of both business and technicalAdvantage -
· System knowledge/hands on with ERP(SAP), or 3rd party system like Payment gateway
· Strong experience in working with the large organisation, multiple stakeholders, and big agencies
