Responsibilities
* Managing a varied caseload of residential property transactions
* Providing high-quality, client-focused legal advice and support
* Building strong working relationships with clients and local estate agents
* Contributing positively to the team dynamic and professional standards
* Ensuring deadlines and compliance requirements are met
Skills Required
* Proven experience in handling residential conveyancing work
* Calm, polite, and focused approach, even under pressure
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with colleagues and clients
* Confident in decision-making and taking ownership when needed
* Organised, motivated, and able to manage workload independently
