Responsibilities
* Model consistently high-quality teaching, producing resources and demonstrating practice that supports excellent learning.
* Lead coaching, mentoring and training to develop colleagues' teaching practice and support appraisal processes.
* Use data to identify teaching and pupil needs, implementing targeted strategies to raise achievement.
* Coordinate monitoring and evaluation activities, including observations, learning walks and work scrutinies, to inform improvement planning.
* Research and share best practice, leading on high-quality professional development across the academy and Trust.
