DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Maintain accurate payroll records for starters, leavers, and changes.
2. Process and submit monthly payroll and year-end returns (P60s, P45s, etc.).
3. Input payroll data and prepare payroll summaries (earnings, deductions, leave, sickness).
4. Ensure timely invoicing and payment of supplier invoices.
5. Prepare monthly profit & loss reports for Directors.
6. Produce payroll statements for service managers with actual and forecast data.
7. Handle payroll discrepancies and update statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.).
