Overview
Experienced S4 Finance professional to lead the Record to Report workstream for a Global S4 implementation. This is an opportunity to work within a team delivering an innovative global transformation programme for a global, market leading Industrial manufacturing organisation. This is a greenfield implementation driving a fit to standard agenda across their divisions including S4 and non-s4 technologies.
Requirements
The role requires an experienced, capable leader who is able to work with the Deloitte onshore and offshore teams, plus the client.
* Guide senior client on connecting their strategic agenda to deliver the latest SAP Solutions creating an impact aligned with the client’s business strategy.
* Guiding the client in SAP Financials and connecting to other related areas and solutions.
* Lead and develop high-performing delivery team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
* Drive the Fit to Standard Agenda for high-level and detailed design workshops for the SAP functional solution, collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes.
* Design end-to-end solutions and ensure deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies.
* Ensure the SAP solution design integrates into the client's broader technology eco-system, and architect/design integration with connected applications to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.
Skills/Experience
* Subject matter expertise in core SAP S/4HANA across the breadth of functionality including Financial Accounting (FI), Management Accounting (CO) and Project Systems.
* Good knowledge of non-Finance SAP modules, key business processes and integration points including Reporting solutions, Sourcing and Procurement (MM), Supply Chain, Sales (SD) and Asset Management (PM).
* Driving the design of the SAP Enterprise Structure aligned to your client's organisation and business structures.
* Strong understanding of financial accounting principles, concepts, and processes.
* Execution and management of configuration in multiple SAP S/4HANA modules.
* Getting the most from the latest SAP innovations, understanding the SAP roadmap and using SAP Best Practices for S/4HANA Finance and integrated modules.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
* Setting the fit to standard agenda for SAP programmes to ensure the team can design robust client solutions using the latest functionality to meet business requirements.
* Acting as Design Authority and ensuring the end-to-end quality of the SAP solution.
* Willingness to travel both within the UK and where required internationally for defined periods (e.g. during workshop execution)
