About the Role You will be working in a modern, fast-moving production environment operating machinery that presses aluminium trays (smooth wall and wrinkle wall formats) for the food and packaging sector. The work is physically demanding and takes place in a loud, high-speed industrial setting, so suitable candidates must be comfortable working on their feet and keeping up with pace.

What Were Looking For Experience in manufacturing or machine operating (preferred but not essential)
Good attendance and timekeeping
Comfortable working across rotating shifts
Ability to work in a noisy and fast-paced setting
Willingness to undergo Health & Safety and Quality Induction prior to starting
Shift Details Rotating Weekly Shifts: Days / Afternoons / Nights
12-hour shift cover may be required on occasions
Weekly rolling rota, confirmed every Friday for the following Monday
