Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and creative
Sales & Marketing Specialist
to drive growth, support our dynamic team, and play a key role in elevating our brand presence. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, commercially minded, and passionate about the
luxury hospitality and chauffeur industry

The ideal candidate will bring fresh ideas, thrive in a fast-paced and evolving business, and enjoy working in a collaborative "all hands on deck" environment. You will contribute directly to revenue growth while ensuring our marketing efforts are engaging, effective, and aligned with our premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development
* Manage and qualify sales enquiries, ensuring timely and effective client communications.
* Support lead generation from trade shows and industry events, including pre-event planning and post-event follow-ups.
* Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for new and existing clients.
* Research and identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and product enhancements (tours, experiences, services).
Marketing & Brand Development
* Manage social media channels with a focus on growth, engagement, and brand storytelling.
* Design marketing content and visual assets using tools such as Canva.
* Contribute to newsletters, digital campaigns, and brand communications.
* Support content creation and brand positioning across B2B and B2C channels.
Operational & Team Support
* Provide administrative support to directors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
* Assist with scheduling and logistics of chauffeur services as required.
* Maintain accurate internal records, databases, and reporting systems.
* Contribute to process improvements and help streamline team operations.
Key Requirements:
* Experience with CRM systems, particularly Zoho, is a plus but not essential.
* Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) for creating marketing content and visual materials.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Effective communication skills with a proactive approach to tasks.
* An interest in business development and a willingness to learn about the luxury hospitality and chauffeur services.
* Experience or knowledge in social media management and marketing is advantageous.
* Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
