What you'll do Lead and develop a team of Resourcing / People Partners to deliver against client objectives Build deep knowledge of client organisations, aligning recruitment strategies to their goals Drive continuous improvement, identifying and implementing service enhancements Collaborate across Reed brands to deliver innovative, value-adding solutions Own commercial performance, ensuring delivery meets financial targets Monitor contracts to maximise client satisfaction, retention, and growth Build strong senior stakeholder relationships, offering expert advice and insight Share best practice across the wider account management community Champion social value initiatives to deepen client partnerships What we're looking for Proven experience managing MSP and/or RPO programmes end-to-end Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams Commercially focused, with the ability to spot and drive opportunities Confident influencer, experienced in senior stakeholder management Solid understanding of recruitment legislation and best practice Data-driven approach to decision-making and reporting Adaptable, solutions-focused, and confident presenting to stakeholders Ready to make a real impact and lead recruitment excellence for high-profile clients?
