Offer description

Help families find their place – and give children the best start in life

At London Early Years Foundation (LEYF), our purpose is simple and powerful: changing the world one child at a time.
We do this by giving London’s children access to high‑quality, affordable early years education – and by supporting families to feel confident, informed and cared for from their very first enquiry.

Behind every great nursery experience is a smooth, human and well‑managed parent journey. That’s where our Parent Services Customer Specialist comes in.

This is a pivotal role at the heart of our organisation, supporting families as they explore, choose and secure a nursery place across our network of nurseries.

You’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice parents hear first – guiding them through enquiries, bookings, visits and registrations, while also supporting nursery teams to deliver consistently excellent customer service. Think of it as being the connector between families, nurseries and systems – keeping everything accurate, warm and well‑coordinated.

If you’re motivated by helping families, enjoy balancing people‑focused work with data and systems, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same, this could be a great fit.

What you’ll be doing

1. Manage enquiries via phone and website, helping parents find the right nursery for their child
2. Arrange and coordinate nursery visits in partnership with Nursery Managers
3. Follow up enquiries, offers and registrations to maximise conversions

5. Build trusted relationships with parents throughout their decision‑making journey

Keeping systems, data and processes running smoothly
