They are a small but dynamic finance team who are looking for their latest addition. Your new role You will be working as an Accounts Assistant/Bookkeeper. Duties Include: Processing supplier and client invoices/payments and entering this data into Xero. Chasing payments Supplier account reconciliation Creating new supplier forms Petty cash reconciliations VAT returns Processing inter-company transactions Multi-currency bank reconciliation Managing the inbox Employee expense claims Producing a weekly cash flow report What you'll need to succeed 2–3 years experience in AP and AR. Intermediate Excel and Xero Ability to work well in a team Proactive mindset Good written and verbal communication skills What you'll get in return After 6 months, this role has scope to become hybrid.
