THE COMPANY
You'll be joining a leading creative design, equipment rental and full-service production house in the live events industry. Supplying lighting, rigging, and control solutions to major projects across concert touring, live broadcast, and corporate sectors.

THE ROLE
As the Warehouse Manager, you will assume full responsibility for all equipment logistics, stock control, and technical preparation at their London premises. This role is a vital, hands-on opportunity to run and scale a crucial department within a tight-knit and dynamic company.
In this position, the Warehouse Manager will manage the rental stock, from compliance and maintenance to preparation and dispatch. With the long-term goal of building out and leading a dedicated operational team.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overall management and operation of the stock control system, including all equipment checking in and out.
* Overseeing the quality control, preparation and maintenance of all rental stock. Using rental management software (Current RMS).
* Carrying out repairs on moving lights and inventory as required.
* Coordinating external sub-hires as required by production schedules.
* Implementing and meticulously recording all equipment testing schedules (e.g. PAT testing, LOLER inspections) to ensure full industry compliance.
* Able to prioritise workloads and stay on top of changing demands.
THE CANDIDATE
You are a seasoned technical warehouse professional or a highly experienced technician, ideally with a background in event production or lighting who is ready for a new challenge. If you thrive in a hands-on role, possess a meticulous eye for detail and are driven by the ambition to implement best practices this could be the perfect role for you.
As the Warehouse Manager, you will be proactive and highly organised, bringing prior technical knowledge of testing and maintaining equipment. The ideal candidate is someone who wants to make a significant impact, building a department from the ground up as the company scales.
The candidate must hold a full UK Driving Licence. Other qualities such as first aid training and forklift certification are desirable.
The Warehouse Manager must be an excellent team player with outstanding communication and competent IT skills. Whilst being confident at working independently.
