The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while managing a variety of customer interactions. This is a varied position combining customer support, administration, and problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling customer enquiries via phone and email
* Managing and resolving customer complaints with professionalism and empathy
* Conducting investigations into customer issues and providing clear outcomes
* Completing accurate administration and maintaining detailed records
* Carrying out follow‑ups to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution
* Working collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex queries
About You
* Previous experience in customer service, call centre or office support roles
* Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
* Ability to handle complaints and situations confidently
* Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
* A driver with access to a vehicle due to location
