About the Role
We have platinum licences for AI‑driven business video courses priced at £197 + VAT per sale. We seek an experienced performance‑based marketer to design, launch, and optimize paid‑advertising campaigns that drive high‑ticket sales. This is a pure revenue‑share position – you keep 50 % of the net sale price (≈ £98 per closed sale).
Key Responsibilities
* Create & Manage Paid‑Ad Campaigns across Google Ads, Meta/Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn (or other platforms you deem optimal).
* Develop a Compliant Sales Funnel (landing page → secure checkout) that adheres to licence restrictions (no free‑video distribution, minimum price £197 + VAT, no marketplace resale).
* Implement Tracking using affiliate platforms (Refersion, Tapfiliate, ShareASale, Impact) or UTM‑based methods; assign a unique partner ID to every transaction.
* Report Weekly on ad spend, clicks, conversions, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS). Target ROAS ≥ 3.
* Maintain Compliance – ensure ad copy avoids "guaranteed income" or "get‑rich‑quick" language and follows all licence rules.
Required Qualifications
* Proven success promoting high‑ticket digital products (≥ £150 per sale).
* Experience managing ad budgets of $500 – $2,000+ per month with demonstrable ROAS ≥ 3.
* Familiarity with affiliate tracking platforms or ability to set up reliable UTM tracking.
* Strong copywriting skills for compliant, persuasive ad creatives.
* Ability to sign a short‑term partner agreement confirming adherence to licence restrictions.
Compensation & Benefits
