Key Accountabilities
* Report to the Area Manager; create and drive an ultimate Charlotte Tilbury brand experience by exceeding KPIs and inspiring your team.
* Pioneer customer experience – seize customers as Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors and showcase the true magic of our products.
* Coach and mentor the team, providing on‑the‑job training, coaching and ongoing support.
* Collaborate and innovate – build lasting cross‑functional relationships in retail and head office.
Requirements
Your Skills and Experience
* Proven management experience at Deputy Manager level or above with a track record of delivering exceptional results, ideally in a fast‑paced beauty, retail or FMCG environment.
* A true leader who believes in the power of the team, inspiring them to reach their best and empowering limitless thinking.
* Highly organised, problem‑solving, adaptable, and innovative – capable of implementing processes and routines while thinking on feet.
