Salary: Starting at £27,803.20, with potential earnings up to £34,523.20 including sleep-in shifts.
Are you a dynamic and inspirational leader? We are seeking a Residential Home Team Leader to join our dedicated team at Bayview, located in the heart of Capernwray, Carnforth. Here, you’ll be part of a nurturing environment, working with a maximum of four young people aged 8-18 who face social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
* Assist the Registered Manager in the daily operations of the home, ensuring a safe and positive environment for our young residents.
* Support the continuous improvement of our 'Outstanding' rated home, enhancing its quality and reputation.
* Step in for the Registered Manager when needed, taking charge of all day-to-day activities.
* Develop and implement care plans tailored to each child's needs, ensuring compliance with legal and Ofsted standards.
* Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere where children feel they truly belong.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you should:
* Hold a full UK driving license.
* Possess a Diploma Level 3 in Working with Children & Young People.
* Be passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.
* Have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team.
