Overview
We are seeking a Project Controller to support the delivery of a major project in the UK. The role will focus on cost control, reporting, forecasting, and supporting overall project performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and control project cost, schedule, and progress
* Produce regular project reports and performance updates
* Track budgets, actual costs, and forecasts
* Identify and report variances and risks
* Support change control and track project variations
* Work closely with project managers, planners, and commercial teams
* Maintain accurate project data and documentation
* Support financial reporting and cash flow forecasting
Requirements
* Experience as a Project Controller or within project controls
* Strong understanding of cost control and project reporting
* Advanced Excel skills
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Previous experience within grid or EPC projects
Desirable
* Experience with Primavera P6, SAP, or Power BI
* Knowledge of earned value management
* Experience working in a complex project environment
