As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day training activities. Your attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask will contribute to the ongoing success of our company.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities:
To answer and direct calls, and record opportunities professionally and as accurately as possible
To ensure processing of Training and Store orders are completed in a timely manner and as accurately as possible
Other duties required may include raising purchase orders for products/services and responding to any queries
As far as personally able, to ensure, proactively, that the Company’s customer and prospective customer contact database is as up to date and accurate as possible
Ensure continual personal development through experience and to identify, to the Managing Director, any support required, or pertinent training activity which the job incumbent wishes to undertake
Adhere to the Company’s polices covering the care and maintenance of such company owned equipment as may be allocated to the job incumbent from time to time and ensure that such equipment is in good working order at all times
To attend Team Meetings and 1-2-1’s
Accuracy and completeness of all paperwork completed in the course of your duties and;
Such other activities which may reasonably be requested
Represent the Company in a professional manner such that the stature of the Company is enhanced at every opportunity
Responsible for complying with the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Management Policy
Responsible for complying with the requirements of the Environmental Management System Policy
QHSE
1. Responsible for complying with the requirements of the Occupational Health & Safety Management Policy.
2. Responsible for complying with the requirements of the Environmental Management System Policy.
3. Responsible for complying with the requirements of the Quality Management System Policy.
