They are seeking a Temporary Data Migration Clerk support essential work involving Excel data processing, BOM (Bills of Materials) updates, and supplier data coordination. Overall responsibilities: - * Updating, formatting, and manipulating large Excel datasets related to Bills of Materials * Matching supplier part numbers, costs, and formats across multiple sheets * Refreshing and cleaning data to ensure alignment with new system requirements * Supporting configuration tasks for SAGE 200 implementation * Working on-site across various offices, with Aldershot as the primary base * Coordinating with internal teams for continuity and data accuracy Key requirements:- * Proven proficiency in Advanced Excel (pivot tables, advanced formatting, data manipulation) * Sharp attention to detail and fast, accurate typing * Ability to manage time effectively and stay organised under pressure * Basic understanding of data structures * Strong communication skills—both written and verbal * Self-starter who’s comfortable working independently and switching locations weekly * Driving licence required due to multi-site working What’s on offer?:- * Competitive hourly rate dependant on experience level * Free parking at all sites * Great exposure to a SAGE 200 rollout and cross-functional teams * Collaborative environment
