Private Client Solicitor – Oxfordshire – Up to £70,000 + Bonus + Benefits
A highly regarded firm is seeking a Private Client Solicitor in Oxfordshire to join its growing team.
The Private Client Solicitor will handle high-quality work across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs within a collaborative team of around ten experienced and senior lawyers, offering strong mentoring, training and ongoing support.
You will advise a high-quality client base including HNW individuals, business owners and rural clients, gaining exposure to complex and rewarding work.
The Role
* Managing private client matters including wills, probate, trusts and estate planning
* Advising HNW clients on complex estates and succession planning
* Supporting on LPAs and related advisory work
* Acting for executors and trustees on estate administration matters
* Benefiting from strong support and development
* Delivering excellent client care across sensitive and complex matters
* Contributing to networking and business development activity
The Candidate
* Private Client Solicitor with between 4-6 PQE
* Strong experience across wills, probate, trusts and LPAs
* Confident managing a caseload with appropriate supervision
* Excellent client care and communication skills
* Keen to learn from senior colleagues and develop technically
* Organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team
* Proactive and commercially aware approach
