Role Overview
Our client is a leading manufacturer based in Mold and an opportunity has arisen for a SAP Co-ordinator to join the engineering team. Reporting to the Engineering Manager the main purpose of the role is to organise and maintain SAP PM work orders, oversee and participate in the upkeep of the SAP PM structure and provide continuous improvements to the preventative maintenance programme. You will also support the engineering department on a day to day basis with contract management, shift management and annual engineering compliance schedules. Other duties will include the following:
Responsibilities
* Build detailed job plans
* Manage materials as they pertain to preventative maintenance work orders
* Co-ordinate preventative maintenance activities requiring downtime to minimise machine downtime while maximising maintenance opportunities
* Plan/schedule all preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance activities. Create requisitions and order required parts for all preventative, corrective and predictive maintenance activities as applicable.
* Manages, co-ordinates and schedules contractor activities in the performance of preventative maintenance and repair of equipment.
* Manages and controls the preventative maintenance spare parts inventory.
* Responsible for the release, printing and distribution of all preventative maintenance work orders weekly.
Qualifications
Ideally you will have significant experience of SAP Preventative Maintenance and SAP Material Master coupled with experience of working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.
