Location: Field / Remote - MIDLANDS (Birmingham / Peterborough) to SOUTH (Bristol / Luton)
Working hours: 40 hours per week, flexible between 08:00am to 18:00pm - Monday to Friday.
Yu Smart are looking for a Quality Auditor (QA) to join our innovative business.
As a Quality Auditor you will utilise relevant technical experience to support successful and compliant metering works; solutionising challenges toward positive installation performance and ensuring that the knowledge and understanding of field staff is in full adherence to business and industry requirements and expectations.

What We Need from Yü

* Ensure accuracy of work is to the required standard.
* Enhanced vetting of installation and verification quality.
* Providing technical support in field and via technical support desk.
* Provide in-centre training, assessments & trade tests.
* Help facilitate the delivery of a seamless customer experience for our client(s).
* Undertake detailed investigation, root-cause analysis and corrective action.
* Create and deliver high-level tailored coaching and mentoring.
* Develop processes and procedures.
* Out of hours support (ad-hoc)

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience
Industry Qualifications: CMA1 + MET1 (or equivalent)
Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent)
Three-Phase
Auditing – Metering specific
Desirable:
REGT1 – Medium Pressure regulators
MET4 (or greater) – Commercial Gas metering
Current Transformer (CT) / Half-Hourly (HH)
Additional Requirements:
UK Driving Licence
Pass a colour blindness test.
Pass a DBS check.
