Times 24 is looking for a commercially driven Senior Acquisition Manager to lead the identification, negotiation and delivery of new car park opportunities across the UK. This is a highly sales-focused role where you will be responsible for building a strong pipeline, converting opportunities, and driving revenue growth through new site acquisitions.You will operate in a fast-paced environment, using flexible and proactive sales strategies to secure new business. Working closely with Commercial Profit Managers, Commercial Profit Executives and site opening teams, you will play a key role in expanding the Times 24 portfolio and delivering against ambitious growth targets.This is a target-driven role with KPI expectations linked to pipeline development, site acquisition and successful openings, supported by an associated commission structure.Please note, this is a field based role, that will see you working within the South Coast, with an initial primary focus on Poole to Worthing.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and secure new car park opportunities across the UKDrive the full sales cycle from lead generation through to conversion and site openingDeliver against acquisition targets and contribute to overall business growthBuild, manage and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to maximise acquisition potentialNegotiate commercial terms with landlords, partners and stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams to develop compelling customer and market propositionsMonitor competitor activity and use market intelligence to inform sales strategyWork closely with Commercial Managers to ensure opportunities convert successfullyProvide accurate weekly pipeline reporting and monthly forecastingManage multiple opportunities at varying stages of the sales cycleAnalyse performance data to drive decision-making and prioritise high-value opportunitiesSupport the successful mobilisation and opening of new sites in line with KPI expectationsAbout YouA highly motivated, results-driven sales professionalStrong commercial awareness with a focus on revenue growthProven ability to build and convert a sales pipelineConfident negotiator with excellent stakeholder management skillsAble to work independently while collaborating across teamsFlexible and adaptable approach to meet business demandsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrong attention to detail and organisational skillsKnowledge of parking operations or property acquisition (desirable)Full UK driving licence requiredSkills & ExperienceProven track record in sales, acquisition or business developmentStrong customer and client relationship management skillsExcellent negotiation and influencing abilitiesCommercial and financial acumenAbility to manage multiple opportunities and prioritiesProactive problem-solving and opportunity identificationData-driven approach to pipeline and performance managementWhat we offer: Competitive Package: £45,000 base salary + £5,000 car allowance.Commission Structure, with a first year OTE of £15k+ on top of baseReward & Recognition Program: Your efforts won't go unnoticed.Free or Discounted Parking: Your car deserves a good spot too!Work-Life Balance: Fantastic work-life balance in a supportive environment.Continuous Development: Ongoing training, coaching, and development in a helpful and encouraging environment.Pension Scheme: Employer contribution to your pension scheme.TPBN1_UKTJ
