The home provides care for up to five young people with learning difficulties and emotional or behavioural needs. Key Benefits £40,000 base salary, 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday Ongoing training, 1:1 mentoring, and the opportunity to complete NVQ Level 5 About the Setting The home operates as a Therapeutic Community, guided by the principles of trauma-informed care and emotional warmth. Staff work collaboratively to create a safe, structured, and emotionally nurturing environment for children. Therapeutic models such as PACE and Pillars of Parenting underpin the approach.
