We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams. We currently have an opportunity for a Lead Engineer, ProStack Brand based at or Campsie or Omagh site.

About the Role
5. Collaborate with Engineering Manager, Sales, Service, Marketing and Operations to ensure the “Voice of the Customer” is integral to the development of design specifications for new products and modifications to existing products.
6. Assume total product ownership for the product group.
7. Work together with the engineering systems, standards and conformance groups to ensure that the relevant requirements are met.
8. Identify and implement cost effective design and technology alternatives to resolve field issues, ensuring appropriate maintenance and ongoing improvements to current models.
9. Provide the dealer networks with the required support and service that they require to ensure that they are completely satisfied with our product.
10. Ensure use of measurable standards and performance for product safety, function, reliability and serviceability.
11. Mentor, coach and develop engineering talent
12. Drive standardization of components and sub-assemblies across all product groups where possible.
13. Flexible in terms of hours worked and travel on short notice when and where necessary
About you
Experience & Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:
14. Degree educated or equivalent in Engineering, ideally with design experience in heavy equipment.
15. Competent user of 3D Solid Modeling CAD, ideally Pro-Engineer and familiarity with Product Data Management (PDM) systems
16. Good technical expertise in mechanical and hydraulic systems
17. Diligent approach to the design and development process
18. Experience of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulation and structural calculations for design analysis.
19. A good understanding of the various applications that the equipment can operate in along with an appreciation for the expected performance of the machines.
20. Creativity and innovative thinking
21. Experience with Oracle TMS a plus
22. Good English communication skill, both written and spoken
23. Good Presentation and interpersonal skills.

30. Position is based in Campsie/Omagh, N. Ireland.
This role will involve frequent national and international travel.
