Junior Marketing Assistant - Northampton (£25,000 - £27,500 + bonus)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
We're working with a fantastic client in Northampton who's looking for a motivated and creative Junior Marketing Assistant to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their marketing career who's eager to gain hands-on experience across digital campaigns, content creation, and brand development, all while being supported by an experienced and friendly marketing team.
The Role
* Support the delivery of marketing campaigns across digital, social, and email channels
* Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
* Assist with website updates, blogs, and newsletters
* Help organise events, promotions, and other marketing activities
* Monitor and report on campaign performance
* Conduct competitor and market research
* Collaborate with external partners and suppliers
The Ideal Candidate
* A proactive, creative individual with great attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Confident using social media for business
* Some prior marketing experience (internship, placement, or entry-level role)
* Bonus points if you've used Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Google Analytics
