Role
Overview:
- Contract: 12 months (with possibility of extension or permanent opportunity)
- Location: Chester
- Salary: ranges from £30,pa dependant on experience
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
- Working hours: Monday to Friday, shifts between 7am and 7pm, and 1 weekend in 5
Responsibilities:
Conduct basic troubleshooting of Microsoft applications and proprietary systems via phone and chat function
Provide excellent customer service and support to internal bank employees globally
Build your skills and knowledge in the tech world with a strong customer service background
Desired Knowledge and Skills:
Experience in Microsoft Office application suite (troubleshooting and general usage)
Excellent customer service skills
Familiarity with technologies such as Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office, iOS (iPad/iPhone), and ticketing systems
Desired Skills:
Previous experience in a Technology Call Centre or Customer Service role
Ability to utilise multiple resources to determine causes and resolutions of technology problems and incidents
