Assistant Accountant – Part Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Part Time Assistant Accountant to join a well-established renewable energy business based in Davidstow, North Cornwall. Duties & Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
* Maintain accurate ledgers, including purchase and sales invoices, reconciliations, and journal postings.
* Support in the preparation of budgets, VAT returns, and annual accounts.
* Provide financial analysis to support projects and business decisions.
* Handle general finance administration, including responding to supplier and client queries.
What Experience is Required
* Part qualified ACA/ACCA or fully qualified AAT (or equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of Sage Accounts and Excel.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Salary & Benefits
* Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 FTE (pro rata for part-time hours).

Location
The role is based in Davidstow, North Cornwall. It is easily commutable from Launceston, Bude, Camelford, Wadebridge, Bodmin, and Okehampton.
