About the role:
You will manage a caseload of apprentices and support them through their learning journey. This includes coordinating their development of knowledge, skills, and behaviours aligned with their apprenticeship programmes, and preparing them for successful End Point Assessment.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Delivering high-quality training and support
2. Conducting workplace assessments and reviews
3. Monitoring and recording apprentice progress
4. Guiding apprentices through End Point Assessment preparation
5. Building and maintaining strong relationships with employers
6. Contributing to business development initiatives
7. Keeping up to date with industry standards and Health & Safety
8. Maintaining comprehensive documentation and records
What we’re looking for:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
9. A Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
10. Substantial, relevant industry experience
11. Experience in teaching
12. Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
13. Professional communication and relationship-building skills
14. Confidence using IT systems and digital tools
15. Flexibility and a collaborative mindset
16. A valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business use or the means to be able to get to locations covering Cambridgeshire and neighbouring counties.
