Must haves
* Strong understanding of commercial insurance policies including Commercial Vehicle, Fleet, Employers Liability, Public Liability, Goods In Transit and Commercial Combined
* Experience working in a similar insurance or broking role
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
* High level of attention to detail
* Friendly and approachable personality
* Ability to adapt to different client requirements with patience and understanding
What will you be doing?
* Negotiating renewal and new business terms with insurers and clients
* Communicating clearly with both clients and insurance underwriters
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with insurers and customers
* Supporting clients with their commercial insurance requirements
* Delivering a professional and responsive service throughout the insurance process
