Our Premier Steakhouse Brand is looking for a grill Chef for our busy restaurant Stadium Leisure in New Basford.
We pride ourselves in our fantastic steaks from our in-house butchery and we also pride ourselves with our fresh Sunday lunch, so the ideal candidates must be able to cook a fresh sunday lunch.
The ideal candidate will be a confident chef who is looking for the next move in there career to come and join our already established team.
The correct candidate will be able to achieve the following:
* Food preparation.
* Safe food and knife handling.
* High attention to detail.
* Expertise in seasoning, garnishing, and creative displays.
* High-volume, fast-paced work ethic.
* Ability to stay calm in high-stress situations.
* Team player with excellent communication.
* Be Confident in grilling, and be able to work a busy grill.
* Be able to cook steaks to all levels of cooking.
