Our client is a well-respected and busy commercial law firm in Belfast, looking to grow their probate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with 1–2 years PQE to join a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
* Managing a varied probate caseload, including estate administration and related advisory work
* Liaising with clients, executors, and third parties to ensure smooth progression of matters
* Drafting and reviewing wills, trusts, and related probate documentation
* Working closely with colleagues across departments to provide holistic legal advice
* Contributing to the development and growth of the probate team
Essential Skills and Experience
* Qualified solicitor with 1–2 years PQE
* Previous experience in probate or private client work
* Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
* Client-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality service
