The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and working with key strategic customers and accounts for our client’s ophthalmology portfolio and will play a pivotal role in achieving its strategic and commercial goals.

Role Overview:
1. Build a national account plan using environmental data, market, and customer insights to create a tailored strategy aligned with the brand's objectives.
2. Present product information effectively and collaborate with medical colleagues to identify opportunities for real-world evidence (RWE) collection.
3. Organize and execute product training and familiarization programs with key customers and centers.
4. Identify and engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), developing key customers as advocates for the ophthalmology portfolio.
5. Leverage organizational resources to coordinate efforts, build long-term customer relationships, and achieve both short-term and long-term business goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Qualified Optometrist or hold an equivalent degree or qualification.
* Strong knowledge of the NHS, private healthcare systems, networks, and priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams, negotiating, and influencing others.
* Business planning skills with the ability to formulate and present proposals.
