Veterinary Surgeon Independent Practice | No OOH | Northamptonshire An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Small Animal Veterinary Surgeon to join a well-established, modern, independent practice located in Northamptonshire. The team is supportive, experienced, and passionate about veterinary medicine, making this a fantastic opportunity for a vet seeking a rewarding role in a collaborative environment. Key Duties
* Provide high-quality veterinary care in a first-opinion small animal setting
* Work up cases independently with full clinical freedom and strong case continuity
* Consultations up to 20 minutes
* Participate in a 1 in 8 weekend rota (with time off in lieu)
* 4.5-day working week
* Collaborate with a team of 8 experienced vets and 15 qualified nurses
* Participate in knowledge sharing and ongoing development
