Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales Valuer to join the team at their brand new office. This is a chance to make your mark from the ground up, valuing properties, winning instructions, and building strong local relationships. Key Responsibilities: Valuing and winning instructions on properties for sale Generating new business and building strong local relationships Maintaining office systems and service standards consistently Driving performance while setting an example through professionalism and enthusiasm Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience within residential sales, with a track record of achieving targets Confident communicator – articulate, personable, and professional on the phone and in person Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire others Tenacity, problem-solving ability, and drive to deliver results Excellent presentation skills and attention to detail IT literate with good numeracy skills Full UK driving licence and own car (ideally living within 30 minutes of office) Package and Benefits: Basic salary: £28,000 (depending on experience) r ealistic OTE: £35,000 (uncapped) – via partly individual & partly team-pooled commission plus financial services instructions Own car required, with mileage paid at 45p per mile 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing further after 3 & 6 years’ service) Ongoing training, coaching, and professional development Full funding and support for CePAP qualifications Full-time role – Monday to Friday 08:45–18:00, and every other Saturday 09:00–16:00 (with a day off in lieu)
