Role Overview
The Careers and Progression Coordinator is a key member of the Student Experience & Wellbeing team, reporting to the Carers Team Leader. The role focuses on delivering an engaging careers plan that supports students in making informed decisions about their future.
Responsibilities
* Work closely with staff to develop and deliver a comprehensive careers programme.
* Facilitate networking and stakeholder engagement, including events and career activities.
* Support students in planning their next steps post‑education.
* Provide role‑modeling and influence within the college following College values.
Qualifications
* Level 6 qualification in Careers Guidance, or willingness to achieve within a set timeframe.
* Experience in delivering high‑quality careers programmes, including event management.
* Strong interpersonal, communication and networking skills.
* Flexibility and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
