We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will lead the restaurant team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Run efficient shifts and assist the General Manager and Assistant Managers in daily operations.
2. Guide and train team members across all positions.
3. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing outstanding hospitality and service.
4. Maintain operational standards, including cleanliness, safety, and food quality.
5. Reconcile cash and complete necessary paperwork accurately.
Qualifications and Physical Requirements:
* Ability to stand for up to 8 hours and lift 25-40 pounds.
* Physical ability to push, pull, stretch, reach, bend, and use fingers and wrists continuously.
* Effective verbal and written communication skills with employees, guests, and vendors.
