We’re now looking for a Brand & Engagement Manager to amplify our story, grow our audience, and make Seer the go-to name for Deep Tech talent.
What You’ll Do
* Lead Seer’s brand and engagement strategy across all digital channels
* Create sharp, engaging content that connects with AI, robotics, and Web3 communities
* Grow Seer’s social media presence and online following
* Plan and deliver events, meet-ups, and community activations
* Build relationships with founders, creators, and influencers in Deep Tech
* Partner with recruiters to align brand campaigns with hiring priorities
* Manage budgets for campaigns, events, and creative projects
* Track performance metrics and continuously refine Seer’s strategy
What You’ll Bring
* 3–5 years’ experience in brand, marketing, or community roles
* Proven ability to grow and engage online audiences
* Excellent copywriting and storytelling for technical or startup audiences
* Experience running events and managing content calendars
* Confident using digital tools, analytics, and creative platforms
* Energetic, collaborative, and comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have
* Experience in recruitment, talent, or tech marketing
* Familiarity with AI, robotics, or Web3 ecosystems
* Background in video, podcasting, or influencer partnerships
