* Content Creation: Design and produce high‑quality digital and print materials, maintaining a consistent brand identity.
* Website: Manage and update the school website, ensuring it is SEO‑optimized and current.
* Brand Advocacy: Act as a brand guardian, ensuring the school’s ethos is clearly articulated across all platforms.

* Tours & Events: Lead school tours and taster sessions; plan and deliver Open Days and promotional events.
* Data Management: Maintain accurate records within the school’s CRM and MIS (iSAMS/SIMS), reporting on KPIs and conversion trends.
* Community Outreach: Build relationships with feeder nurseries, local agents, and the wider community.

School Office & Operations

* Front of House: Provide a welcoming, professional environment for visitors, staff, and pupils.
* Administration: Support the daily running of the school office, including word processing, data entry, and managing conflicting deadlines and interruptions.
* Communication: Coordinate internal communications to ensure current parents are well‑informed.
* Compliance: Assist with the administration of school policies, safeguarding records, and general health and safety procedures.
