TSR are recruiting for an Architectural Technician for their client, a 5* housebuilder based in Liverpool. Joining the Technical team, reporting to the Technical Director, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the technical function, the main contact hub with the Planning and NHBC Portals for the team and also the invoice tracking system and document management system controller to ensure a reliable and consistent approach is maintained with these vital systems. Duties include but are not limited to the following: Preparation of working drawings and provide details for site operations and manage design details for bespoke units Resolve, monitor where appropriate site queries to progress product development Coordinate and manage various specialist suppliers and integrate their requirements into the working drawings packages Procure / produce architectural detailing where non-standard; Procure Building Regulation approvals; Procure landscaping related surveys, designs and management plans; Procure / produce information to assist the legal/sales team (deed plans etc) You must also be experienced in the residential market and have a full understanding of the NHBC build process.
