The Role
The Finance Business Partner role offers a well-balanced remit, combining robust month/year-end and core financial disciplines with value-adding, forward-looking finance. The position plays a key role in influencing strategic direction, commercial decision-making and business performance. The position also provides access to the three fantastic mentor figures Manager, Controller & Director level.
The key components will include:
Value-add/Commercial Finance
* Finance business partnering with senior and non-financial stakeholders to influence strategy, direction and decision making
* Presentation of monthly reporting packs - KPI's, variance analysis, OPEX/CAPEX, investment appraisal
* Budgeting, forecasting & cashflow analysis
Monthly/year-end:
* Feeding into robust month/year-end close
* Supporting with annual audits
* Reviewing and developing processes, procedures, controls & systems
