We are recruiting three Business Development Managers to join a growing apprenticeship and skills provider with ambitious expansion plans.
This is a proactive employer engagement role focused on generating apprenticeship starts through new business development and account growth.
If you are commercially driven, confident speaking to HR/L&D leaders, and motivated by targets, this role offers strong earning potential and structured support.
The Role
• Generate new employer partnerships
• Identify workforce development opportunities
• Convert enquiries into apprenticeship enrolments
• Re-engage dormant and existing employer accounts
• Build and manage a structured sales pipeline
• Attend employer networking events
• Maintain accurate CRM records and reporting
Ideal Background
• Business development / sales / employer engagement experience
• Recruitment (especially education recruitment)
• Apprenticeship or funded training sector experience
• B2B consultative sales
• Workforce development or learning solutions sales
