Team PA (Insurance)
I am working with a well-established Insurance firm in the City of London, seeking a Team PA to support a senior executive (Group Head of HR and Culture) while also providing wider assistance across the business.
This is a varied and busy role where you will support your executive with day-to-day diary management and scheduling, while also assisting the HR and Recruitment team with interview coordination and related administrative support. You’ll be someone who enjoys being involved across the company and is happy to step in where needed.
The ideal candidate will be a Team Assistant looking to take the next step into a dedicated PA role. You’ll be professional, approachable, and highly organised, with a strong sense of discretion and confidentiality.
