Job Description

* Process invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
* Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial records are up to date.
* Assist in preparing financial reports and balance sheets.
* Support month-end and year-end close processes.
* Maintain accurate and organised financial documentation.
* Respond to internal and external queries regarding financial transactions.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies.
* Provide administrative support to the Accounting & Finance department as needed.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Accounts Assistant should have:

* Prior experience or education in accounting or finance.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
* A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving.
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices.
