Job Title: Porter Band: 2 Location: NIAS Trust Headquarters, Belfast (Knockbracken Healthcare Park) Reports To: Complaints & Administrative Manager Contract: Temporary / Agency Cover (as applicable) Job Summary: The Porter will provide an efficient and high-quality porter service at Trust HQ. Responsibilities include handling internal and external mail, distributing office supplies, maintaining key safes and general security, assisting with fire safety checks, moving furniture and equipment safely, carrying out reception duties, minor cleaning and maintenance, and supporting courier and catering tasks. The role requires flexibility, teamwork, and excellent communication skills.
