Our client is a fast-moving homeware business with an international customer base. They are seeking a highly organised and proactive Export Administrator to join their busy Export team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, problem-solving, and delivering excellent customer service, playing a key role in ensuring smooth export operations from order to delivery.
Export Administrator – Details:
1. £24,000 – £26,000
2. On-site working
3. 21 days holiday, plus Bank Holiday & Christmas Closedown

Export Administrator – Responsibilities:
6. Manage overseas customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
7. Provide shipping quotations and order confirmations to customers
8. Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries
9. Arrange shipments with freight partners and ensure export documentation is accurate and compliant
10. Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
11. Prepare invoices and related paperwork for international consignments
12. Book orders onto the stock management system and carry out regular stock checks
13. Process and send out sample requests
14. Support the Export team with general administrative duties
Export Administrator – What We’re Looking For:
15. Previous experience in Customer Service or Administration (essential)
16. Knowledge of Export/Logistics is advantageous
17. Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
18. Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
19. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
20. Positive, proactive, and collaborative attitude
